1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the btt222 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products offered through the platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the btt222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and btt222.

btt222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of btt222 following publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which btt222 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the btt222 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the btt222 platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's btt222 wallet, including real-money deposits, winnings, and applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by btt222 to a Player's account.
• "Platform" means the btt222 website and all related services accessible at btt222.net.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by btt222 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of account misuse.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the btt222 platform is conditional upon full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By clicking "Register", completing account creation, or placing any wager, the Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of btt222 services, players must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each applicant must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible for a btt222 account:

• Be an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 18+
• Provide a valid email address and mobile phone number to which the applicant has sole personal access.

• Not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through btt222 tools or imposed by any third party.
• Not be registering on behalf of or as an agent for another individual.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered btt222 account. Opening, operating, or knowingly using more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited. btt222 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all balances including winnings may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

2.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. btt222 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor SMS authentication. Any activity carried out through a Player's account is the responsibility of the account holder. btt222 must be notified immediately at [email protected] if a Player suspects that their account credentials have been compromised.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

btt222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, and in particular before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Accepted documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a bank statement or mobile financial service statement for address and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3 Age Restriction

During registration, all applicants must confirm that they are aged 18 or older. btt222 may at any time request documentary evidence of a Player's date of birth as part of the KYC process. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, the following actions will be taken without exception:

• The account will be immediately and permanently closed.
• All deposits made to the account will be refunded to the original payment method after deduction of any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in their entirety.
• The matter will be escalated in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• The Player will be permanently barred from re-registering on the btt222 platform.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. btt222 accepts no liability for underage gambling that results from a minor circumventing these controls through misrepresentation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the btt222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's btt222 wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours to reflect depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• btt222 does not impose any fees on standard deposits. However, the Player's payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which btt222 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Player's payment provider's receiving capabilities.
• KYC-verified accounts receive priority withdrawal processing, typically within 1 to 4 hours of request submission.
• Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 24 hours while identity verification is completed.
• btt222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request that it deems unusual, high-value, or potentially fraudulent.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus promotion and will not be processed until those requirements are met in full.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

btt222 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. The platform monitors transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering activity, including but not limited to: depositing and withdrawing large sums without meaningful gambling activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, and using multiple payment methods for the same account. Where suspicious activity is detected, btt222 will suspend the account, freeze funds, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

5 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the btt222 platform is subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. General betting rules that apply across all markets are set out below. Market-specific rules are available within each respective betting section of the platform.

5.1 Bet Placement

• All bets must be placed before the market closure time displayed for each event. btt222 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — where live/in-play betting is not offered for that market — will be voided and stakes returned.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• All bets are final once confirmed. It is the Player's sole responsibility to check bet details before confirming any wager.

5.2 Odds and Settlements

• Odds displayed on the btt222 platform are subject to change at any time until the bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is placed and confirmed by the system.
• Markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result, btt222 will use the most authoritative available source.
• Where a market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed issue, btt222 reserves the right to re-settle the market and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of any interim withdrawals of affected winnings.

5.3 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified for that sport; the market is suspended due to a technical failure; the outcome cannot be definitively determined; or the bet was placed in error due to an obviously incorrect odds display (manifest error). In such cases, the voided stake will be credited back to the Player's btt222 wallet within 24 hours.

5.4 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the btt222 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms in a coordinated manner to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that places bets without real-time human decision-making.
• Exploiting technical errors, incorrectly priced markets, or platform bugs to place bets at artificially favourable odds.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate match or game outcomes.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events in which the Player has a direct or indirect involvement in the outcome.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

btt222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to the Player's btt222 account within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers, unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Each bonus is available to eligible players once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is prohibited.
• btt222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already been credited with a bonus will not be affected by subsequent changes to that specific offer.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility, terms, or settlement, btt222's decision is final.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus value must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal is permitted). The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games, or at odds below the stated minimum, will not count towards wagering requirement completion. btt222 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are fully satisfied, with the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

btt222 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Where a Player is found to be systematically exploiting promotions — including through low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated abuse with other players — btt222 reserves the right to cancel all bonus credits, void any winnings derived from those credits, and restrict or close the affected account. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with btt222.

7 Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

Any Player may request the closure of their btt222 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, btt222 will process the request within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any pending bonus obligations. Bonus credits and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as well as permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no new registrations from the same individual will be accepted. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of five years. btt222 strongly encourages any player who believes their gambling has become problematic to use these tools without hesitation. 7.3 Closure by btt222

btt222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Use of prohibited betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour directed at btt222 staff or other players.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed by btt222 due to a material breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

btt222 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform strives to maintain 99.9% uptime and reliable service delivery, btt222 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseeable technical failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may occasionally affect service availability.

8.1 Exclusions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btt222 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from the Player's inability to access the platform during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Losses attributable to events beyond btt222's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any loss or damage arising from the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms.
• Third-party content, software, or services accessible through or integrated within the btt222 platform, including game content from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other providers.

8.2 Indemnification

The Player agrees to indemnify and hold btt222, its officers, employees, agents, and partners harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) any breach of these Terms by the Player; (ii) any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity conducted through the Player's account; or (iii) any claim by a third party arising from the Player's use of the platform.

8.3 Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to btt222's internal dispute resolution process. Players should submit disputes in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint. btt222 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the dispute within 14 business days. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent legal authority of the applicable jurisdiction.
